Our sectors describe the kind of work we cover, not a closed list of job titles. If your role sits anywhere near them, we recruit it. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
The kind of hire you need
People who’ll be with you for years, at every level.
Cover for leave, busy periods and gaps you need filled this week.
Specialists for a defined piece of work - a transformation, a system rollout, year end.
How you engage us
We commit a full search process and you commit to us. Best for senior or confidential roles.
One agency, full market coverage, no retainer.
A fee when we place someone.
Not sure which suits? We’ll recommend the one that gets you the best result – including when that’s the cheapest.
Retained search is how we find the people who aren’t looking. It’s methodical, it’s confidential, and it’s built to answer more than “can they do the role” — we assess how someone is likely to lead, decide and fit before you make the call.
What it involves
The whole team behind every search
Advisory draws on the networks, market intelligence and sector knowledge of all three divisions — giving you reach across corporate, health and for-purpose leadership markets that a standalone search firm can’t match.
We’ll call you back, usually the same working day.
Three to five working days for most permanent roles — depending on the role. Temporary cover is often the same week. A retained search takes four to eight weeks.
A percentage of the annual package for permanent roles, and an hourly rate for temporary and contract. We put it in writing before any work starts.
We offer a replacement guarantee, agreed with you before we begin.
Retained means we commit a full search and you commit to us. Exclusive gives you full market coverage without a retainer. Contingent means we’re paid when we place someone.
