Our journey commenced in 2020, a significant year for Amanda, the founder of Woodforde Group. While on maternity leave with her second child, Amanda found herself reevaluating her professional path and considering how she could align her expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit.

During this period of reflection, Amanda identified a gap in the recruitment industry – an opportunity to create a company that prioritised not only the placement of candidates but also the establishment of meaningful connections between employers and potential employees. This realisation, coupled with her desire for greater flexibility and better work-life balance, inspired her to establish Woodforde Group.

In the span of just 4 years, Woodforde Group has undergone a remarkable transformation. What once began with a modest team of 2 operating out of Amanda’s home office has grown into a dynamic group of 7 professionals. Currently Headquartered in Manly, QLD our client interactions span nationally throughout Australia. 

As we reflect on this incredible journey, we’re reminded that every achievement, every expansion, and every milestone is a testament to the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients.
