About Woodforde Group Recruitment Services

Amanda Woodforde

Founder / CEO
Senior Talent Partner

After only one year in business, Woodforde Group has grown exponentially with a team of five talented professionals and a growing candidate database, all while still having that passion for client and candidate relationships.

From her early days in recruitment as a Division Manager at a New York Stock Exchange-listed, global recruitment firm, Amanda succeeded in everything she worked on and in 2015 was appointed to the position of Vice President of the firm’s business support division.

Now with her own recruitment firm, Amanda has a proven track record of working closely with candidates and clients to achieve the ultimate outcome for all – the right placement for her clients and the right role for the candidate. Amanda’s positive, honest and proactive approach to both clients and candidates has remained consistent throughout her years of experience, and she adds value to all businesses and candidates that she partners with through her guidance, communication and professionalism.

As a mum to two gorgeous boys, Harrison and Lachlan, Amanda understands what it’s like to transition back into the workforce following parental leave. She is passionate about supporting mums returning to work and is a true advocate for supporting mums in small businesses. Amanda is a proud mentor for the Mums in Biz network and is always willing to provide advice and guidance to other mums starting out in business.
